Chef Didier Serre, who joined the team in 2001, his second-in-command and pastry chef Jonathan Lassalle, along with the entire team, regularly update the menu in keeping with the seasons. They work with only the finest quality produce to delight the taste buds.

The Jaquet family places great store by the quality of the dishes. Michèle Jaquet has obtained "Maître Restaurateur" certification, which commits us to creating freshly-prepared cuisine with fresh, seasonal produce.
